What aspects of yourself have you been neglecting lately?
The other day I was out on a trail run (i.e. walk/jog) – choosing to honor an aspect of myself that I had been neglecting for quite some time, consistent movement – and found myself feeling some guilt that I was taking the time to give my body this attention and care, while my partner was at his office working.
