Jewell is the embodiment of a - Joyful, Loving,
Grounded Guide and Space Holder. Often called a lighthouse in the storm, Jewell guides clients back home to the safety and truth of their own hearts and inner wisdom. She offers clients a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to attend to the things that have otherwise been challenging to face alone. So that little-by-little the resolve of their burdens liberates them into feeling more like their aligned and expansive Self. It's in this space that clients begin to remember who they are and who they came here to be. It's her soul's purpose and mission to support clients in aligning their external life into harmony with their true being. |

Jewell brings an array of philosophies, disciplines, and modalities that she uniquely tailors to each client’s needs and circumstances. She's skilled in deep listening, attunement, reflection, seeing patterns, offering intuitive insights and new perspectives, and being a safe, grounded presence. She sees you in your humanness and meets you in her own. She is a committed lifelong learner.
Jewell moved back to her beloved Maine in 2019 after living out of the state for the better part of 12 years in Rhode Island. She's inspired by balance, beauty, sensuality, spirituality, creative expression, nature, the arts, and connection with self and other. Jewell serves clients locally in Central Maine - and offers video sessions to clients locally and beyond.
